Messaging Terms & Conditions

General Information
- Opt-In to Messages: By opting into our services, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Indy Clover, LLC. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided or any other number you designate.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent based on your interactions with Indy Clover, LLC. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time.
- Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless provider for more information about your text and data plan.
- Consent: Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile Messaging and Cancellation
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time by texting "STOP". After sending the message "STOP", you will receive a confirmation text. If you wish to start receiving messages again, simply opt-in again as you did initially.
- Support: Text "HELP" for instructions on how to unsubscribe. For any other inquiries, contact us at accounts@indyclover.com.
Privacy and Data Usage
- Opt-In Data Sharing: Your mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties.
- Transfer of Number: If you change or transfer your mobile number, you agree to either text "STOP" from the old number or notify us via email at accounts@indyclover.com. This is a condition of using our messaging service.

Messaging Program Terms
- Changes to Messaging Terms: Indy Clover reserves the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time and to update these Terms. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting, and your continued enrollment will signify acceptance of any modifications.
Seller Terms
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
- While we take all reasonable steps to ensure your inventory is organized and protected, Indy Clover is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. For any concerns, contact us at help@indyclover.com.
Supplies Reimbursement Fee
- Fee: Indy Clover charges a $3 weekly supplies reimbursement fee, deducted from your payout. This helps cover the costs of maintaining supplies like hangers, tags, and other necessary items. By participating, you agree to this deduction.
Commission Split and Fees
- Commission Structure:
- Indy Clover retains one-third (1/3) or 33.34% of the total revenue from the sale of an item.
- The Seller retains two-thirds (2/3) or 66.66% of the total revenue from the sale of an item.
- Fees: Any fees, including credit card processing fees, will be split in the same manner: Indy Clover covers one-third (1/3) of the fees, and the Seller is responsible for two-thirds (2/3).
Commission Payout
- Payouts: Commission payouts will be processed within 3-5 business days after the final selling day and will be made via Venmo. Sellers must provide accurate Venmo details and inform us of any changes.
- Failure to Pick-Up: If you fail to pick up unsold inventory, your items may be donated.
- Questions: If you have questions about your payout, contact us at commission@indyclover.com.
Cancellations
- Sellers may reschedule for a future week with no additional charges. This must be done at least 48 hours before the reservation begins.
- Indy Clover does not offer refunds on booth rentals for any reason, but Sellers can cancel their reservation at any time.
First Booking Policy
- For your first booking, Indy Clover offers a risk-free guarantee: if your two-thirds (2/3) commission from the sale of your items does not exceed the cost of your booth, Indy Clover will absorb the difference. This policy only applies to your first booking.
Management Discretion
- Indy Clover reserves the right to remove any items from the sales floor at its sole discretion, including but not limited to non-compliance with policies or inappropriate content. No compensation will be provided in these cases.
Discount Policy
- Indy Clover reserves the right to offer discounts or promotional deals on any items sold in the store. Any discounts applied will affect the total commission for the sale, not just the Seller’s individual commission. These discounts are implemented with the primary goal of increasing traffic to the store, which in turn, aims to boost overall sales and benefit the Seller’s total commission earnings.
General Terms
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Indy Clover operates.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the full and entire agreement between the Seller and Indy Clover regarding the sale of items and related services. No other oral or written agreement will be binding unless executed in writing and signed by both parties.
- Modification: Indy Clover reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to Sellers and will apply to future transactions.
By agreeing to sell items with Indy Clover, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
